This smoothie is available in a variety of flavors including strawberry, mango, cinnamon, or plain. It’s your choice.
Our kitchen plays host to some very talented chefs, all skilled in specific styles of cooking. Dambar's focus is curry dishes while Gam works his magic with the clay-lined Tandoor oven. Karma, the executive chef and owner of the Himalayan Kitchen, blends spices and dishes from his homeland to create an amazing array of flavors to suit any appetite. If you are curious about a menu item please ask your server and be sure to let them know your preferences so they might suggest something new and adventurous that fits your taste.

Our hearty dishes are mild and are preferably eaten with rice. Our food is healthier and we prepare our meals with specific spice relevant to our country flavor. We use spices that are also used in Indian cuisines, however cooking style differs significantly.
